One bad customer experience can lead to tweet or post to cause significant damage to your reputation.



   To avoid an unpleasant customer service experience are a few common pitfalls to avoid :

- Limited of Product or Service.
- Studies inconsistent.
- Not for the benefit of the doubt.

- Not one call resolution.
- Too much talking and not enough listening.
- Manners really matter.



   No matter how good your products or services if your customer service skills are lacking, it will not make a huge difference. This is especially true in today's economy is struggling business owners need every advantage over their competition.
